David is a PhD candidate in political science at UW-Madison. His research examines the politics of genetically modified crops in Latin America, using Peru and Mexico as case studies. Prior to attending UW-Madison, David worked as a program evaluator for the State of Minnesota and as a research analyst for Poverty Action Lab in Santiago, Chile. He holds a B.A. in economics from Whitman College and a M.P.P. from the University of Minnesota.
