Description:  These data show several indicators of the status of women 
              in 140 different countries.  Indicators include women's 
              participation rate in the labor force and the proportion 
              of the total labor force comprised of women, women's literacy 
              rate and the percent of women enrolled in school, women's life 
              expectancy, the average fertility rate, whether women are 
              enfranchised and the year of enfranchisement, and the percent 
              of seats in the national legislature and executive cabinet occupied 
              by women.  Countries are coded into developing and developed, and by 
              geographical region.

12. fertrate = fertility rate, average number of children per woman
13. suffrage = women's right to vote

15. womleg = percent of national legislature that is female
16. womexec = percent of executive cabinet that is female
