Description: These data are of total public assistance dispersed in each 
             county of Wisconsin.  General assistance, AFDC grants, and 
             medical assistance by county are included.  State aids to 
             counties for health and social services are given.  Population, 
             separated by white and non-white, and per capita income are also 
             given.
